Hope it's not too late to share about this photo taken on the night before Mother's Day. This yummy home-baked chicken is my husband's best recipe ever - Thai Basil Oven Baked Chicken. Very simple and homely, he cleaned and marinated the whole chicken with Masterfood Thai Basil marinate available from Coles or Safeway, for about few hours. And then used the baking tube specialised for chicken (I wish I know what it is called) to make the chicken "stand up" in the middle. Spread the remaining marinate, and to make it more crispy, you may brush some virgin oil onto the chicken. Baked for about 1/2 hour, and then turned to the other side of chicken for another 1/2 hour. I love it especially the chicken breast which is not dry but juicy and delicious!Kawaii Buttons Accessories for little ones and moms too...
