New Clippies for Little Princess

My hubby had a long weekend break and I have some times for myself yesterday to create these cute clippies. They are alligator clips covered by polka dots ribbon and decorated by unique star shaped fabric covered button. I tried them on my 5 months old daughter (very challenging while holding her at one hand and try to snap a good shot on the other :p). Anyway..I quite like them...what do you think?? They are on sale on my etsy store now.

Holy Crab!

I have my cousin and his wife visiting us during Christmas and his wife cooked us this yummy butter crab (first photo). The recipe can be found at one of famous Malaysia recipe websites http://kuali.com. She has tried most of the recipes there and gives a thumbs up recommendation. The first photo shows the art of her cooking - authentic Malaysian Butter Crab and the second photo is my "try and error first time ever" Singapore Chili Crab. I give a score 7 out of 10, still have many parts to improved but I am quite proud of it. :D. Below are both recipes:
Note: I use only 1kg of the crab, so the ingredient should be cut down propositionately.
Homemade Singapore Chili Crab
Ingredients:
1kg crabs (I use sand crabs here, mud crab is the best but it's very expensive and too risky for first time try :p)
3-5 gloves of garlic
2 eggs - beaten
1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
1-2 tbsp chili sauce
1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/3 cup water
1 tsp sugar (for those prefer sweet than spicy, you may add more sugar)
1/2 tbsp corn starch
2-3 fresh chopped chili

Methods:
1. Stir fry garlic and fresh chili until the fragance comes out.
2. Add on crabs and continue stir fry until the crabs are just cooked. Put aside the crabs.
3. Turn fire to low and add on all sauces, stir fry until it just boiled.
4. Add onto water and keep stiring. When it is boiled add on sugar and corn starch.
5. Slowly stir in beaten eggs to create stickiness. Add on the crabs and stir them evenly so that all are covered by the sauce. Serve immediately.
Hope you have time to try on these and let me know what you think!!
